Day 8-9: Visiting friends in Salt Lake City

Saturday morning we drove 5 hours from Kanab to Salt Lake City, after some great days in and around Kanab. Here we visited some good friends that lives here - Jeff and Melody. It was a great experience as they are very kind hosts and showed us around in the area. They are big fans of outdoor activities including camping, fishing & hunting, so we got a chance to see the impressive arms collection. We went on a drive up in the mountains to visit one of the ski resorts, that previously hosted the Winter Olympics, where there also were some shopping areas. Later we went to see the Salt Lake. Beautiful area/city!
